Central library
The Central Library of Yadavrao Tasgaonkar Polytechnic is located on the First Floor and spans a total area of 475 Sq. M., comprising a Reading Room (300 Sq. M.), Stack Room (100 Sq. M.), Multimedia Room (50 Sq. M.) and Librarian Room (25 Sq. M.). It holds a collection of more than 13,000 books along with a wide range of national periodicals and CD ROMs. The Circulation Section operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the Reading Section from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; during the exam period, the reference and reading sections remain open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 midnight while circulation continues from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with study-room books issued overnight one hour before closing. Digital resources and services include OPAC, NPTEL, E-Journals and E-Books, DELNET membership, NDLI membership, scanning and reprographic services, a book bank scheme, lending and reference services, and current awareness and information services.
