How to apply

    Check Eligibility

    For B.Sc. Nursing: minimum age 17 years on the day of admission, maximum 35 years. Candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary examination (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE compulsory) from a recognized board.

    Meet Aggregate Marks Requirement

    Aggregate of 45% (PCBE) for open category candidates; 40% (PCBE) for reservation category candidates. Candidate must be medically fit and meet the criteria of Govt. bodies, INC, MNC and the affiliating university (MUHS).

    Appear for MH-CET

    Selection for the B.Sc. Nursing programme is based on the MH-CET entrance examination.

    Admission Against Available Seats

    Admission is offered against the total intake of 60 seats for the B.Sc. Nursing programme.

Eligibility by program

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing)

Undergraduate4 years (full-time undergraduate)
  • Completion of 10+2 / Higher Secondary or equivalent from a recognised board or university
  • Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE) as mandatory subjects
  • PCBE aggregate of 45% for open candidates and 40% for reserved categories
  • Minimum age 17 years on the day of admission; maximum age 35 years
  • Must be medically fit and comply with Government, INC, MNC and MUHS standards

Entrance: MH-CET (Maharashtra Health-CET entrance examination)

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

DiplomaDiploma-level nursing programme
  • Minimum age 17 years, maximum 35 years (no age restriction for ANM / LHV applicants)
  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent, preferably with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), with an aggregate of 45% marks
  • Alternative pathways accepted: a completed vocational ANM course from an Indian Nursing Council-recognised school, or 10+1 ANM training with 10+2 equivalent completion
  • Must be medically fit
  • Admission is conducted once a year

Entrance: Admission once a year as per Maharashtra nursing admission norms
