Established under the Saraswati Education Society (SES) — the Indian public charitable trust founded by Dr. Nandkumar Y. The General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) programme offered here is a diploma-level course designed to develop competent nurses capable of delivering quality patient care across various healthcare environments. Admission to the GNM programme is conducted once a year and is open to candidates between 17 and 35 years of age (with no upper age restriction for ANM/LHV applicants). Aspirants should have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination, preferably with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and an aggregate of 45% marks; alternative pathways are available for candidates who have completed a recognised ANM course. Every admitted student must be medically fit.
